1. What Connect Rozgar is

Connect Rozgar is a technology platform that helps people who need short-term work done find people willing to do it, and helps workers find work nearby.

Connect Rozgar is not an employer. We do not employ, supervise, direct, train or guarantee the workers who use the platform. When an employer and a worker agree to a job, that agreement is between the two of them. Connect Rozgar is not a party to it.

We do not guarantee that any job will be filled, that any worker will attend, that any work will be done to a particular standard, or that any employer will pay.

2. Who may use Connect Rozgar

You must be at least 18 years old to use Connect Rozgar as a worker or an employer.

You must give accurate information about yourself. Creating an account in someone else's name, or using details that are not yours, is not permitted.

One person, one account. Multiple accounts used to evade a suspension, inflate ratings, or avoid platform fees are grounds for removal.

3. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number. Keep access to that number secure — anyone who can receive your verification codes can reach your account.

Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.

4. Identity information

Connect Rozgar may ask you for identity details such as an Aadhaar or PAN number.

What we actually do with it, stated plainly:

  • We check that the number is correctly formed — that it passes the mathematical checks a genuine number would pass.
  • We store only the last four characters, and the type of document.
  • We never store your full number, and we never store a photo of your document. If you use the scan feature, your card is read on your own phone and the image is discarded.

A "format checked" mark is not identity verification. It means the number looked genuine. It does not mean anyone has confirmed the document belongs to you, and it must not be treated as a guarantee of who someone is, or of their honesty, skills or conduct.

5. Job listings

An employer posting a job must describe the work honestly, including where it is, when it starts, roughly how long it will take, and what they intend to pay.

Do not post:

  • work that is illegal, or that requires a licence the worker will not have
  • work that is unsafe without training or equipment you are not providing
  • anything sexual, exploitative, or involving a minor
  • fake listings, or listings intended to collect people's details
  • work that discriminates on caste, religion, sex, disability or region

We may remove a listing, or ask an administrator to review it, where it appears to fall into any of these categories.

6. If you are a worker

You are an independent worker, not a Connect Rozgar employee. You choose which jobs to accept.

You agree to:

  • describe your skills and experience honestly
  • turn up when you have accepted a job, or tell the employer as early as you can if you cannot
  • do the work you agreed to do
  • follow reasonable safety instructions at the work site
  • not ask an employer to move the job off Connect Rozgar to avoid platform fees

7. If you are an employer

You agree to:

  • describe the work honestly, including anything about it that is difficult or hazardous
  • pay the amount you agreed, when you agreed to pay it
  • provide a safe place to work, and any equipment you said you would provide
  • treat workers with respect
  • not ask a worker to move the job off Connect Rozgar to avoid platform fees

8. Safety

Neither Connect Rozgar nor any check we perform can guarantee that another user is safe, honest or competent. Use ordinary care: meet in the open where you can, tell someone where you are going, and stop if something feels wrong.

If a job turns out to be different from how it was described, you may decline it. Tell us.

In an emergency, contact the police (112) first. Then tell us.

9. Communication and contact details

Workers: your phone number is not shown in your profile and is never visible just from being browsed, messaged, or applied to. An employer can reveal it through an explicit "Reveal Phone & Contact" action — but only once you have agreed to this feature (see the Privacy Policy §3 for exactly what that agreement covers and how it's recorded), and only as a one-time, recorded event per employer, never repeated or re-charged for the same employer.

Employers: a revealed number is for contacting that worker about work you have posted or are discussing with them — nothing else. You may not use it to send marketing or promotional messages, to contact the worker about unrelated matters, to harass or repeatedly contact them after they've asked you to stop, or to pass the number to anyone else. Misuse may result in suspension. We cannot make you forget a number you already have, but we can, and will, act on your account.

Repeatedly trying to move contact off the platform in order to avoid platform fees may be flagged for review.

10. Platform fees

Connect Rozgar charges a fee on jobs arranged through the platform. The current rates are shown in the app before you commit to anything, and are set out in the Payment Terms.

Fees can change. Changes apply to jobs agreed after the change, never retrospectively.

11. Cancellation and no-shows

See the Cancellation Policy. In summary: cancel as early as you can, and repeated late cancellations or failures to turn up will affect your standing on the platform.

12. Ratings

After a completed job, each side may rate the other once. Ratings must reflect your real experience.

Do not offer or accept anything in exchange for a rating, rate yourself through a second account, or use ratings to threaten someone. Ratings found to be manipulated may be removed.

13. Suspension and removal

We may suspend or remove an account that appears to be breaking these terms, including for fraud, unsafe conduct, harassment, fake listings, manipulated ratings, or repeated attempts to avoid platform fees.

Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you a way to respond. Where the risk to others is serious, we may act first.

14. Limitation of liability

Connect Rozgar provides a platform for people to find one another. We do not control what happens between them.

To the extent permitted by law, Connect Rozgar is not liable for: the conduct of any user; the quality, timing or safety of work performed; non-payment by an employer; loss or damage at a work site; or any dispute between users.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, or for fraud.

We do not guarantee the app will always be available or free of faults.

15. Your responsibility for the law

You are responsible for complying with the law that applies to you, including anything to do with tax, minimum wages, working hours, licensing, and the safety of a work site you control.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will ask you to accept the new version in the app. We record which version you accepted and when.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

18. Grievances

If something has gone wrong, contact us at ravit96430@gmail.com and we will respond.
